A planned membership

Blood pressure and cholesterol — ongoing in-person care at one fair, flat price.

We're building a membership for when you're paying for care yourself: no insurance required, no surprise bills, no games. Just steady, ongoing care for two of the most common chronic conditions in America — whether you're managing one or both.

The story

Why we're building Evenly.

A woman pauses with a warm drink by a sunlit window

The price should never be the surprise.

A planned flat monthly membership for blood pressure and cholesterol care, for people paying out of pocket — uninsured or high-deductible.

When you can't price it, you skip it — until it's an emergency.

Uninsured, you avoid the clinic because you don't know the bill, and end up at urgent care instead. A known price makes the checkup something you can actually plan.

Chronic care arrives one charge at a time.

Blood pressure and cholesterol need visits and lab monitoring all year — each a separate, unpredictable bill.

One planned price, decided before you join.

$69 per month for your first 12 months, planned — your in-person visits and lab monitoring as one price.

We sell the membership; independent, licensed clinicians will provide your care.

When we launch, all care — in person at a partner clinic — will be provided by independent, licensed clinicians.

We're independent of the clinics we connect you to.

We plan to select clinicians on quality and price — never on who pays us — and to keep standards high with feedback from members and clinicians once we launch.

Why we're building this

Paying out of pocket shouldn't mean paying blind.

If you don't have insurance — or your deductible is so high you're effectively paying out of pocket anyway — the hardest part of getting care isn't the medicine. It's that no one will tell you the price until the bill already exists.

There's a structural reason it comes out this way. Insurance is built for the rare and catastrophic — the surgery, the ER trip, the emergency no one saw coming. Blood pressure and cholesterol are the opposite: a handful of visits, labs, and refills, every year, for life. Running steady, predictable care through a system built for emergencies is much of why it reaches you as a surprise bill instead of a price. We're not here to replace insurance — we're lifting the one kind of care that never fit it back into plain daylight: one published, flat monthly price, decided before you sign up, not after.

What we stand for

The principles we won't trade.

Price transparency

Every price is published before you join, in plain dollars. If we can't show you the number up front, we don't consider it fair.

Plain numbers, always cited

When we quote a figure, we link the source. No vague averages, no scary numbers without context — the standard we hold ourselves to on our Learn pages.

No games

No insurance paperwork, no surprise bills, no hidden fees, no lock-in contracts. Cancel any time.

Care from independent, licensed clinicians

When we launch, care will be delivered by independent, licensed clinicians. We handle the membership and connect you to those clinicians — we don't practice medicine, and we never split clinical fees.

Independent by design

We're independent of the clinics we connect you to. We plan to select clinicians on quality and price — never on who pays us — and to keep standards high with feedback from members and clinicians once we launch.

The plan

How Evenly Health will work.

This is the model we're building toward. Nothing here is available yet — join the waitlist and we'll tell you the moment it is.

1

Join a flat-price membership

One published monthly price covers your ongoing blood-pressure and cholesterol care. No insurance needed.

2

See a licensed clinician

Care is delivered in person by independent, licensed clinicians, at a partner clinic near you.

3

No bill at the clinic

We plan to pre-negotiate rates with each partner clinic behind the scenes, so your visits are covered by your flat membership price — not billed to you separately.

4

Stay monitored year-round

Regular check-ins are planned to keep your care on a steady rhythm — the ongoing part self-payers usually get billed for piecemeal.

Where we start

Why blood pressure and cholesterol first.

They're two of the most common chronic conditions in America, and they're mostly managed with steady, low-cost routines — a visit, a familiar medication, the occasional lab. That's also exactly the kind of ongoing care self-payers get nickel-and-dimed on, one charge at a time. You don't need both to join — one membership covers whichever you have, and your price doesn't change if the second ever shows up.

That makes them the clearest place to prove a flat, honest price. Once we've earned that, we plan to add more conditions the same way — published price first, in-person care from independent, licensed clinicians.
